When looking at ThingWorx articles, there's a feedback tool which allows you to say if the feedback is positive or negative and provide comments.
When providing such feedback, there's usually a reply whithin some time, but the reply itself is hard to interpret because of the following reason:
-We have the comment, which is half of the equation, but the other half is the article itself, which is indeed listed by number only. In this case, to remember what the article was about, you need to navigate to our support portal, search that article and click on it.
It would be much easier to have a link in the email that allows you to go that article. Would this be possible to do?
