Currently IOT only needs English articles and don't have request for local language translation, so APAC team also writes only English documents.
While how SF works gives us some trouble, we need to take extra steps for each case we have: change the client's language to English - create article - change the client's language back, or else the article will be marked in our local language, and this happens to all Japanese and general Chinese language cases. This extra and meaningless work caused some trouble in our daily operations, hopefully you can add a language choice button in article directly, so it will work for all PTC products who need or do not need local language translations.
