When i zoom in/out in the Run Time page, collection widget is  automatically reloading its data..

If we have a fix for this, it would be better.

Collection widget performance is usually derived from the contained mashup data processing. Consider a different implementation for loading your contained mashups. PTC Support can help with this guidance.
