Data Export Widget - File name should be allowed to have special characters '&', '(', ')'

Data Export widget - File name should be allowed to have '&', '(', ')' special characters.

It will be helpful if we are assigning file name dynamically which includes these special characters; as standard CSV allows these characters in file name. 

Currently ThingWorx only allows dot(.), hyphen(-) & underscore(_) which restricts user to assign dynamic name.
