Data Filter Widget used on String field should contain the "Does not contain" option

Currently only following options are available when filtering on a string field:

Starts With, Contains, End With, Is Exactly

Having a "Does not contain" option would be very useful, or having a "Not" option to inverse the filter would even be greater.
