Enable Thingworx natively using device level system tags from Kepware

Currently it is very complicated to access device level system tags from Kepware in Thingworx.

Those tags are quite useful for connectivit monitoring.

There exist a workaround, see there: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS275970 , but native support directly on the platform would be very useful.
