Tooltips can be a wonderful thing, but not when you don't want them. Some of the default provided widgets have a button to enable/disable the tooltips from displaying. For those that don't, the tooltip appears even when the field is left blank. This can be greatly annoying especially if a tooltip gets stuck displaying even after the mouse is no longer hovering over the widget. If we can enable all widgets to hide tooltips either through a checkbox or if the tooltip field is left blank, that would be great!
