Improve Application log monitor page UI

In the new composer Application Log Monitor page,

1> The width of the search keyword field is too small.

2> The head of the page takes too much space of the page without any useful information

3> The width of the columns of the table couldn't be adjusted

4> There is no any information of the Instance and Session column in the Application log page, the two columns should be hidden.

The columns width is now adjustable. Will review other feedback with our UX team.
