Include moment.js library as part of included functionality for PTC cloud hosted environments

For an on-prem or client-managed environment, we can add custom libraries that can then be used in scripts, but this is not available for PTC cloud hosted environments.

 

Given that handling time / timezones is a very common practice in manufacturing applications, a js library like moment.js would be extremely useful to include by default.

Script can be added to functionality. If you mean "snippets" we can look at adding this in a future release.
