LeaderCheck API without Authorization Header for HA

There are popular load balancer/gateway available in the market which are widely used and doesn't support the HealthCheck of upstream servers with any query param or headers. An example would be Kong API gateway.

Thingworx HA provides a leadercheck API where authorization is must-have which restricts its integration with such API gateways.

There should be a provision of removing the authorization from the HTTP GET api for leadercheck. It should be configurable.
