Make Session Timed out Message more user Friendly

The message that appears when the user session has timed out but a redirect hasn't been initiated is very cryptic and not user friendly at all. Needs to meet common standards and display real information about the state of user session. Would be nice to be able to customize it, especially when custom SSO solution is used.
