New widget to count infotable rows on the client side

Counting rows for infotable, OOTB, requires to call a service and hence to go through the server to count items which are already available on the client. I am requesting to integrate the widget I am attaching so that this functionality can be done on the client side and does not require any network communication.

Hi @olivierlp ,

I am uploading a picture showing the main parameters in order to understand which are the inputs and the outputs of the widget.

Accordingly to my colleagues, this extension would be used in ALL the projects because it's always necessary to make proper actions based on the number of results coming from a service.
