Possibility of purging Alert History for a Thing

There should be a possibility of purging Alert History for a particular Thing. At present we only have the possibility to purge Alert history (in AlertFunctions Resources) with inputs as Start date and End date, which purges Alert History from the system for all Things.

From a database sizing perspective this would make sense but from an accountability perspecive, it creates a challenge. Offering per asset control gives users the opportunity to hide specific activities for specific assets and that act of deletion would be barely noticable. Ideally in these instances, purge should require an archive first, currently we do not require that.
