Remove Performance Logging WARNings from Application Log

The Application log get's filled with "WARN" messages relating to the performance of the instance - PTC Cloud says the metrics are normal, so to improve identifying real issues I suggest either:

 

  1. Categorise Normal stats as "INFO"
  2. Move Performance logging into a Performance Log.
