I have to embed some Python code in Java in order to use Thingworx SDK Java and to use Python with Thingworx REST API for an embedded program.(edge device).
3. What business value would your suggestion represent for your organization?
The business value is huge. Python is very used in enterprise due to its well-known features. More and more libraries are using Python and especially AI. Also it can be used in embedded systems (MicroPython) and it has this place on Edge Computing (AIOT). Having a native Thingworx SDK (not REST API but like Thingworx Java SDK) in Python would be a real benefit for PTC but also the developers using it.
