It would be nice if shellcheck was used against bash scripts that are supporting building Docker images for Platform.

We plan to deliver full Docker container images in the future which would obviate the need to spell check Docker files scripts.

@olivierlp Did official docker images get any closer on the roadmap, or still too far away to estimate?
