Need the ability to use Tomcat Servlet Filter to handle GET,DELETE, PUT requests or have a Restful web application which in turn invoke the Thingworx URL’s.

Thanks for the idea but I'd need more information. Looks like you want to intercept the requests coming into Thingworx and ‘pre’ process for some reason. If so, then I don’t think we'll consider exposing the Servlet Filters in Thingworx War file to third parties
