"Column title" field need to be "submitted" or "exited" to be taken into account

When configuring a grid, the "Column title" field can be customized for each column.

It works, however each time you switch to another column unless you exit or submit the "Column title" field (Focus lost or Enter key pressed), the modifications are ignored.

It would be more ergonomic to save the changes when we switch to another column.
