Is it safe or good to move directly from ThingWorx 7.3 and Navigate 1.5 to ThingWorx and Navigate 8.

Even is it possible as after upgrading I have to import the data and exported entities of Thingworx 7.3 to ThingWorx 8.5?

Upgrade from Navigate 1.5 to ThingWorx Navigate 8.5 is not supported. Refer to ThingWorx Navigate Upgrade Support Matrix for more information.
