Landing Page of Custom App

Hi Guys,

I have created a custom app in thingworx navigate. It is working perfectly for administrator but the same custom app is not working for non-administrator user. When i click the custom app from non-administrator user it is showing the error:

Reason: 404 - Entity Not Found.

If anybody knows mean let me know.

Hi,

Go to the permission section of you mashup :

Add the NavigateOrganization in the Visibility section.

If the users see the ootb mashup from navigate, this should be enough

The non-administrator user needs to be a member of a Role group. The OOTB Role groups are Manufacturing and Purchasing, but you can create custom Role groups. On the Landing Page, the Administrator must tailor the group of apps for each Role to show at least one tile. If either of these conditions is not met, a user will get a 404 error.
