Search Function

So I have completed the Customizing ThingWorx Navigate PDF and found it very useful, but not being a developer I am having a difficult time moving beyond the information provided.  What I am currently trying to do is a search based on one specific saved search.  In the training material we pull in a list of saved searches.  I figured out how to limit that down to only global ones, but I would like to not have my users worry about selecting the type of search.  How can I set this up to use one search.

Hi Wayne,

You can use Tailoring Tasks in Navigate to limit the Saved Search you want to display to specific user roles. Refer to the Help center link for more information : http://support.ptc.com/help/navigate/17/en/index.html#page/ThingWorx_Navigate/Nav_PLMTailorCommon.html
