Will the API available for Chalk? After the video calls, we would like to send the pictures to our server to save them. We also want to attach our our work order with the call and add the duration/initiator/receiver info. In addition, we would like to have the capability to save videos, not just pictures. Please provide some feedback on these features. Thank you!

Hi @Chengli we currently do not have official, public APIs for Chalk. However, we have discussed APIs for the future that align with your use-cases (retrieving stored Session details & artifacts and being able to associate / cross-link with your external objects (work orders, service tickets)).
The pre-requisite for above is "recordable sessions" which is on our roadmap, which is a #4 priority.
The priorities ahead of it that are in active development are:

Hello,
Can PTC chalk support team provide some feedback?
If the API is open for interface and how to access them?
If it is not open, is there a plan to make it open for third party integration? For example, we want to save the session summary snapshots automatically to our system and we also want to add some keywords/tags for searchability. we would also like to save the caller/helper information/duration of the call, etc.
Thank you!
