Is there a way to report just HOSTed connections vs User to User connections for usage?
This is not available today. Within the Admin center you can see if the call was initiated from the contact list or connect codes but these identifiers are not in the exported CSV, so there is no easy way to report on that usage. I will get this back to the Product Team as an enhancement request.
This appears to be a large request for OEMs so they can use it to determine demand by customer and internal users.
