Neither of those devices are officially supported at this moment. You can try to use annotations on them by enabling Live Annotations under Settings within the Chalk app. There is a known issue with the Samsung Note 10+ not working with annotations as the 'local' user. We do not have a timeline for when this will be fixed at the moment. However, these devices should work with annotations if they are not the ones sharing their view.
