Since morning, I have tried connecting to a session from Real Wear HMT-1 & Navigator 500 to no avail.
After entering the session code, it stays in a loading page. No option to join the session. We are using the latest version 4.25.0 in all of our devices.
We made some test using different connection methods (different wifis, mobile data) but had no success.
It just worked using the app from a mobile phone.
Is anyone else having this issue using RealWears? Thanks in advance.

In case anyone has the same issue, another team member discovered that it was necessary to force detention of the app in the RealWear. That allowed us to join a session from it.
We still can't find what triggers it though, as sometimes it still happens and we have to force detention again.

Apparently, this issue has been resolved in the new version 4.26.
