How to transition from free chalk account to commercial account

We have since purchase a subscription license from a distributor but until now have difficulty in linking or transitioning our account.

Is there a official process for converting from free account to a subscription? I have a customer that purchase a new a hosted subscription and it will not allow them start a session. Please advise.
