The users of Chalk experienced connection losses a lot of times during the calls (also with Low Bandwidth mode). Could you please provide the information about the resolution of this issue?
PS: Ports are opened, Low bandwidth mode is enabled.

What devices are being used for these Chalk calls? Do the users receive any error/warning message before the call is dropped?
The device for the calls was I pad gen7. The user doesn't capture any specific messages during the diconnection.
What kind of network connection is being used? Do these users have a stable connection? Do the users see anything like "poor connectivity" during their Chalk call?
