I've sent out the form (https://www.ptc.com/en/products/augmented-reality/vuforia-chalk-free-access/get-vuforia-chalk) several times since 24th March. And I've received nothing whatsoever.
No confirmation, no activation, just nothing.
How should I resolve this issue?

PTC support cannot provide my IT dept with the information they require.
In these difficult times, some allowance must be given for a little bit of a delay.
Latest News : Issue for us was that Amazon SES mails were being rejected by our email server. PTC use Amazon as part of their infrastructure it appears.
