We are happy to announce a number of updates & improvements to the Chalk Admin Center! Check out the list below for information on how to use these new features.
With the addition of this feature, the following error message will no longer appear when attempting to invite a user that already has a Chalk account within a different organization
Users can now request a new invitation if their invite has expired. These requests can be generated by clicking on the Activate Account link in the original invitation email. Clicking the Activate Account link will take you to a web page with the following message.
All Admins will receive an access request email notifying them that a user has asked for a new invitation. Admins can then send a new invitation by accepting the request from within the Requested tab.
When inviting new users to Chalk, host privileges are automatically enabled. Admins can disable this feature when sending an invite or editing user details.
