I have a customer who is adhering the Covid-19 program and is having issues accessing the Web Amin Center webpage.
When he is putting the credentials, he is receiving an error message saying "Temporary Password has expired and must be rest by an administrator".

Issue was resolved following these steps:
Sounds like they may be having issues accepting their Chalk invite. Is this the Primary admin for an org, or just a basic user?
It is the Primary Admin. Then it's impossible for them to access and use the tool.
Please send this user's info to chalk.now@ptc.com and we will help get them up and running.
I did but haven’t received an answer so far.
Can you help me speed the process?
