This support page for multi-expert sessions says "Multi-expert sessions allow up to five participants to join a Chalk session". In my application it says "Select up to 51 participants". What is the five participants referring to in this case? Is this a typo or is it a different function that I'm not aware of?
Hi @SR_10323934 ,
There appears to be a mismatch between the information on the help page-
and what you see in your application. According to the support page, multi-expert sessions allow up to five persons to attend a Chalk session, which is likely the default limit for most users.
However, the notice in your application that says "Select up to 51 participants" could be referring to a different functionality or a custom configuration that your business has put up. It might be worth verifying, please open a technical support ticket to discuss this in detail and troubleshoot if there is any error.
Hello @SR_10323934 , @PG_10144204 ,
In reviewing your question. The published limit of 5 participants in a "Multi-expert" session is correct. There are always features which are part of an applications development and testing. I believe that you have identified such a feature. If there is a business reason for needing more than 5 participants, open support case and provide the justification for needing more experts.
