Is there a reason for which Vufora Chalk is not running properly with Webex?
The end-user is having a speed of 10 Mbps but when he is using a Webex meeting and Vuforia Chalk on the PC the connection on Chalk gets lost and they cannot use both at the same time. It seems as if Webex is using all the bandwidth.
If the Webex meeting is closed then the connection for chalk works.
This being said could you let me know what would be the reason for this?
This sounds like a potential network bottleneck. I would suggest that the customer work with their IT team to determine if there is not enough available bandwidth for both WebEx and Chalk to be running at the same time.
