We are not able to connect connect.vuforia.com. Using Microsoft Edge / Explorer 11. It is recommending to open in Google Chrome.

Have you tried in the Chromium version of edge? Chalk is supported on edge chromium version. You can download the chromium version from here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4501095/download-the-new-microsoft-edge-based-on-chromium
