It sounds like you'd like to use Chalk for Desktop (connect.vuforia.com) paired with the Samsung A10 or Motorola G7. Is this correct? Currently Chalk is not supported on either device, so annotations may not work with this device combination. When using Chalk for Desktop it is important that the device sharing their view is supported so that annotations can be used during the session.
