We can't activate our account.

I am Masahiro Kobayashi, sales representative of Rikei Corporation distributing PTC’s products in Japan.

In our company, some people applied for a free 30-day Evaluation of Chalk for partner companies at https://chalk.vuforia.com/apply.html about a month ago.

Soon after that, we received the email titled “Thank you for your interest in Vuforia Chalk” from PTC.

In that email, you said “We’ll be getting back to you as soon as possible with more information and next steps”.

But no one has received next email until now.

So we can’t  step forward to activate our account.

Could you let me know what is happening?
