Is there any option to give Annotations and subtitles in Videos using Vuforia editor?

I am the user of Vuforia editor where we create video based procedures. I have a scenario where to give some annotations and subtitles in the Videos. So is there any option of giving annotations and subtitles in videos using Vuforia Editor?
This is not available in Editor today. You can create annotations on images, so a potential workaround would be to create an image from the specific part in the video that you'd like to annotate and annotate that.
