Hello -- I am unable to change a user's role in Vuforia Editor to Administrator (or back to Manager from Administrator) even though I receive the message that the role change has been successful. We currently have six people with the role of Administrator.
I had a similar problem. Just try the Atlas admin center (https://portal.ptc.com/admin/ ) with the same login as in Vuforia's admin center.
