Approximately between the hours of 8:43 - 9:40 ET (12:43 - 13:40 UTC) Expert Capture and Instruct users were unable to access the applications after logging in. This issue has been fully resolved and access restored. We are actively investigating ways to prevent future occurrences of this issue. Please contact PTC Technical Support for any further issues.
