Account lock out issue

In thingWorxview to fetch data from experience server, we gave account credential. For some reason it keep on asking for the data again and again(EVEN IF WE CHECK REMEMBER ME) . After few attempts the account gets locked out. So we are not able to see the AR experience in the device. We have tried resetting password for few times, still It did not help.

rjayaraj​: As per the internal checks from the Trial account and Experience Service seems fine so need to have more details in case issue is still open. I will reach out to you directly.

I have the same problem.

Keeps asking for my credentials and i am not able to Log-in in VIEW. All other services work.

I reseted my password and then it worked once, but the next time i started VIEW, it kept asking for the credentials and i couldnt log in anymore..

Any news already?
