Authentication issues

I am facing authentication issues in ThingWorkx studio. Please help me solve this issue.

From when have you started facing the issue and request to attach the studio application logs to review the issue further.

Hi,

I have tested the View application in HoloLens and android(Samsung Tab), it says login credentials incorrect.

My Username: VD00491590@TechMahindra.com

@Desai Please confirm if you are able to validate Experience Service(ES) by going to Project in Studio -> Info tab-> Experience Service-> Validate.

Please share Studio application logs post validating ES and ThingWorx View log.

On android device, ThingWorx view logs are available at Device Storage -> Documents -> ThingWorx View -> logfile.txt .

I have validated ES in thingworx studio and it is validated.

I have tested in android as well. Please refer to the logfile atteched.  

Upon launching the View application, I get a error pop-up saying "Loading Experience failed. Refer the log file for details."

@Desai I am not very clear on your last comment. Could you please clarify if you are getting error message as soon as View app is launched with error message as "Loading Experience failed. Refer the log file for details."

Or is it that you are getting error while asked for entering credentials.

Are you facing the similar login issue with a public setting project ? Is this issue occurring only for single project or all projects ?

Hi Durgesh,

Since I have authentication issue, I have made access as public for the project. Once the view application scans the ThingMark I get the error message to check the logfile.

@Desai As per internal checks from DevOps team it has been observed that user VD00491590@TechMahindra.com has association with trial account: https://xas2fpzl.studio-trial.thingworx.io

You will have to access the associated ThingWorx instance using URL: https://xas2fpzl.studio-trial.thingworx.io:8443/Thingworx/

Also, use Experience Service URL to point Studio project as : https://xas2fpzl.studio-trial.thingworx.io
