I have the same problem. Can you please explain to us how did you linked between the two Composer instances ?
Sure no problem.
In this case, you would need two instances of TW. One would act as a "data source" and hosts all the things (remote things) you want to publish; the other would act as "data consumer" and hosts all the federated thigs ( a federated thing is a thing that you have to create and link to your remote things).
In this post, you will find all the information that you need to do the above:
These are the steps:
The last step is very important as you won't be able to see your remote thing in TW Studio. One more thing, in order to see your remote thing properties in TW Studio you have to go to your federated thing properties and click on the "Manage Bindings" button and add your remote thing properties to it.
I hope this helps.
Could you please elaborate your question a little bit more? Are you having problems accessing your composer or connecting two Thingworx composers?
Podrias explicar un poco mas cual es tu problema? No puedes acceder a tu Composer o no puedes conectar dos Thingworx composer entre si?
Hi i have similar problem with accessing http://10.0.75.1:8080/Thingworx/Composer/index.html on my Thingworx Trial Edition 8.2. I get page not found. It worked for few days after install and then nothing.
Thingworx industrial connectivity 8 in event log rapports:
Date Time Level Source Event
06/08/2018 11:54:19 Error ThingWorx Native Interface Connection to ThingWorx failed. | Platform 10.0.75.1:8080/Thingworx/WS, error: could not initialize a secure socket connection.
Reinstall fixed it. Symantec is source of problem. I dont have permision to uninstall it. Every week when it does the scan it messes it up. Trying to fix it trough scan settings in it.
Hope this helps.
