I've been trying to make some procedures in my HoloLens, but when I try to sign in it throws the error "We can't connect to the service you need right now. HTTP 400 error".
Is this an organization problem or a VEC application problem?

I guess that Jabil Okta is a software to manage SSO as Identity Provided and it is used by your company.
It is explained the issue about SAML bad request.
SAML is used in SSO.
Here for any reaon, SSO setup from Vuforia Expert Capture is not correct or request is modified on the fly.
It would recommend to report that to your IT.
Your IT should open a case to PTC Technical Support and we will be able to investigate deeper.
Why I recommend an investigation in a case and not in PTC Community?
Because in this use case, it seems security is impacted and we cannot share contents with everyone due to safety reasons.
