Cannot publish from vuforia studio

Hi all, I cannot publish in vuforia eventhough i put the coreect username, password and url experience service. How can I solve it?

Please collect the Vuforia Studio log file.

Inside it, we will be able to find an exception with more details.

It is a good start to investigate.
