Cant log in into Vuforia View

I try to log in into vuforia view app to see my upload file from vuforia studio but theres a message saying that my credentials are invalid when i try to log into the app... Can anyone help me? thank you!

Hello Betto,

I have some questions to be more accurate about the issue :

1. Are you using Vuforia Trial ?
2. Are you able to connect to PTC esupport web site ?
3. Are you able to publish in Vuforia Studio ?
4. In Vuforia View, in Settings, do you have an URL setup in Experience Service > URL field ?

I am using Vuforia trial, I can connect to ptc website and publish in Vuforia studio but I can not connect my account to Vuforia view .. there’s a message that says that my account doesn’t match.. also when I try to set up my model with the url (experience service) it don’t let me view it.
