@emartini Just wanted to know if you were able to login to this site before and did the issue started coming now? I would request to raise a PTC Tech support case to investigate and assist you further.
Previously I had no problems accessing this portal.
Even answering directly to the link of the comunity I have the problem shown in the attached image
by accessing www.ptc.com support I have no problem.
