Error during Vuforia Experience Server installation

I am getting an error at the end of the installation process of the Vuforia Experience Server on Windows.

This is the error that I get from the installation log:

I didn't find any resourse to solve this specific issue. There are similar ones related to the Thingworx licence, but I correctly installed and verified the license on Thingworx server.

Please give me some indications on how to solve this issue.

Hello,

It seems Vuforia Experience Service install wizard has issue to create the es-authorization user in ThingWorx.

• Can you collect and share the Vuforia Experience Service install log file, please ?
• In ThingWorx, can you check the logs too ?

            We should have some errors reported at the same time at the 1st Augusts 2022 at 13:47:38.
