I am using vuforia studio which is PTC partner trial license version.
meanwhile a month ago we have changed our email id for PTC login which is also a username for vuforia studio.
now after changing this username also we unable to publish the experience on cloud with New email id/ user name.
Trial accounts are linked to an email address.
I think whn changing email address in PTC eSupport Web site, it is not applied directly in trial server.
It might be possible to change that manually.
Please send me in a private message the new and old email address used for your account and I will check that with R&D.

R&D team who is managing trial instances at PTC has been contacted by myself with the email adresses you have provided previsouly by private message.
As you are aware, new releases have of various Vuforia products have been also released last week.
These actions are taking time to have a good quality for the products.
So, I suppose R&D was focus on that.
By the way, I have contacted again this R&D team about this issue.
