Experience service url

Hi

 

Am using the vuforia trial version to build mobile AR experiences, but I can't cause the vuforia studio is requesting a experience service url...how can I fix this?

Hi @Thabo ,

Could you please try the 'Portal Login' to auto retrieve the Experience Service URL. Please see the below steps to configure ‘Portal Login’ with the registered credentials:

  • From Vuforia Studio toolbar, click the ytella_0-1591041575478.png menu and select Portal Login
  • The ‘Configure Vuforia Studio’ window appears as shown below:
    • ytella_1-1591041600260.png

       

  • Enter your username/password that you have used to sign up for free trial and click configure.
  • Upon successful configuration, studio will auto-retrieve the Experience Service URL and ThingMarks.
