Failed to authenticate experience server.

Hi I am facing this error. I am using the Vuforia Studio trial. My experience url is https://mrw1f1gc.studio-trial.thingworx.io .I have attached my log file below. Look forward to a quick response.

In the log file provided, we can found this kind of error :

I suppose that you are using a proxy in Settings, in Vuforia Studio. 

Is it correct ?

If the answer is yes and if I understood well the error message ; the proxy rejects the ip adress or URL of Vuforia Experience Service.

This is the server when clicking Publish, experience is published.

If you allow Vuforia Experience Service URL in your proxy, is it solving the problem ?

Hi,

I did as you suggested and allowed an exception for the Vuforia experience service URL on the proxy. However the problem still persists. Additionally, I am not able to auto configure my PTC account on Thingworx - it says auto-configure failed, check log for errors. I have attached the log below.

It seems like a problem in settings baout the proxy.

What are the settings values used ?

Hi ,

We tried to establish the connection for publishing in Vuforia.

We are trying thru chrome browser.

There is an exception set already in the firewall. We are  not able to find any more symptoms.

The situation is the same as reported . the publish is failing.

Please take a remote session of the setup and find a way to publish.
