Free trial Configuration Failure

I have followed steps as mentioned in other board postings. However when I use my username/password from the Free Trial setup i get the following:

I have found in other postings what i assume is the manual way to enter the Experience Service by typing : https://<your-domain>.pp.vuforia.io. but i cant find any ref or know my (<your - domain>. ant help would be great.
